Refund Policy

  • At Axiom System, we stand behind the value of our program.

    If you fully participate in the program and do not experience meaningful progress, you may be eligible for a full refund.

    This guarantee exists to ensure that:

    • You take the process seriously

    • We deliver a high standard of value

    • The relationship remains fair on both sides

  • To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate full and honest participation in the program.

    This includes:

    1. Live Session Attendance

    • Attend at least 85% of all scheduled live sessions

    2. Session Implementation (Journaling / Prompts)

    • Complete the assigned reflections, journaling prompts, or exercises associated with each session

    • Provide documentation (photos, notes, or submitted responses) upon request

    3. App Engagement & Daily Tracking

    • Maintain consistent engagement within the Axiom app

    • Log your habits and activity on a regular basis throughout the program

    This does not require perfection, but it does require consistent, good-faith effort.

    4. Communication & Participation

    • Remain responsive to communication when applicable

    • Engage with the process in a serious and intentional manner

  • “Meaningful progress” includes, but is not limited to:

    • Improved consistency in daily habits

    • Increased clarity and structure in your life

    • Measurable progress in one or more key areas (faith, fitness, focus, family, finance)

    Progress is evaluated based on:

    • Your starting point

    • Your level of participation

    • Your documented effort

  • To request a refund, you must:

    1. Submit your request within 7 days of program completion

    2. Provide:

      • Attendance record (if requested)

      • Completed journaling or reflection documentation

      • App activity/log history

    Requests should be submitted to:

  • Refunds will not be granted if:

    • You did not meet the participation requirements outlined above

    • You failed to attend sessions or engage with the program

    • You did not track or implement consistently

    • You changed your mind or chose not to continue

  • If you meet the participation requirements and did not receive value from the program:

    We will honor the refund, no questions asked.

    We will not withhold money from individuals who:

    • Showed up

    • Did the work

    • Took the process seriously

  • By purchasing and participating in Axiom System, you acknowledge that:

    • You have read and understood this Refund Policy

    • You agree to the participation requirements

    • You understand that results are tied to your level of engagement
